Quiet Luxury Stay
beautiful room garden views comfortable bed homemade granola
I stayed in a beautiful king room, it featured views of the gardens. The room was quiet. The bed was super comfortable. I found toiletries fully stocked. I noticed the hotel offers homemade granola at breakfast. I also ate eggs with chorizo and spinach, the food tasted delicious.
I noticed the stair carpets had some stains.

The staff showed very nice cute behaviour. The staff were always friendly. Anastasia at reception proved helpful, always providing assistance.

The hotel is situated in a lovely area. The location is very close to the King's Road. Pavillion Road and Cadogan Square are nearby.

Breakfast is served in a room overlooking the garden. Hans' restaurant is located across the road. It provides a good dining alternative. Coffee served every morning always arrived on time.

Wonderful Stay in Elegant Setting
friendly staff excellent service nice weekend
The staff were cute and friendly from arrival. They ensured our weekend felt special and nice. The service was excellent. No request seemed too difficult. I would particularly commend Alex, Simos, and Christian for their excellent assistance.
The complimentary breakfast had a limited selection, and basic tea incurred an additional charge.

The room included super fluffy towels and a dressing gown for extra comfort. Attention to detail was evident, as excellent light filled the space, ensuring it remained peaceful. The bathroom provided a powerful shower.

The location allows easy access to shops, a short walk to an underground station, and the Kings Road. The hotel sits metres from various shopping options. Guests find convenient access to many things of interest near the hotel.

The hotel offered ALL the amenities needed for an enjoyable stay. Hans' Bar & Grill provided EXCELLENT dining in a relaxed setting for all visitors. The common areas are comfortable and well kept.
